Privacy Policy

Dual Camera: Video Recorder collects no personal data. There is no account to create, no analytics SDK, and no server that receives your content. That is a statement about the app. This website is separate and is covered below.

What stays on your device

Everything. Videos and photos you record are written to your device's photo library. They are never transmitted to us or to any third party. We have no ability to access them.

Permissions the app asks for

• Camera: required to record. Without it, simultaneous capture cannot start.
• Microphone: required to record audio alongside video.
• Photo library: required to save finished recordings.

Each permission is used only for the purpose above, and only while you are using the app. You can review or revoke them at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security.

Purchases

The optional unlock is processed by Apple through the App Store. We never see your payment details. Apple's own privacy policy governs that transaction.

This website

This site serves static pages and carries no advertising. It does use Google Analytics to measure which pages and languages people find useful, so we know what to write next.

Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and receives your IP address, the pages you open, the links you click, how far down a page you read, and which of the free tools you use. It never receives your name, your email, or anything you type into the tools — the tools run entirely in your browser and upload nothing, which has not changed.

You can opt out with Google's officialbrowser opt-out add-on, or by using any browser setting or extension that blocks tracking scripts. Nothing on this site stops working if you do.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13 and collects no data from anyone, regardless of age. This website is not directed at children either; the analytics described above are the only data it collects, and they are not used to build advertising profiles.

Changes

If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted here with an updated date.
